How long does shipping take?
All items will be shipped FedEx ground and the products are made to order. Items usually ship no longer than 9-10 days, with most shipping earlier. If there is additional lead time, you will be personally contacted to be let aware. Packages may be received at different times. International orders may have extended lead times.
How will the product be shipped?
The dog bed comes rolled packed in a box. Allow the dog bed to sit 24-48 hours upon delivery. The frame comes in a box folded in half (for either wooden dog bed or the metal frame).
What bed works for the dog bed mattress extender?
The dog bed mattress extender can free stand on its own, on the foot OR side of your bed, however it is intended (dog bed and extender frame cut to size) for the foot of the bed. To ensure stability, non slip material is sewed to the bottom of the dog bed.
Can this dog bed be used for any additional use?
These can be placed near a window or corner of the room, while serving their main purpose, keeping the dogs off the bed. Products are intended and manufactured for animal use only. The quality of the foam and thickness ensures that you can withhold multiple dogs on it.
What is the dog bed made of?
100% polyurethane foam with a medium comfort level These dog beds have a colored covers of your choosing made from 100% polyester!
Is there there a refund policy given upon purchase?
For the Dog Bed Mattress Extender (Dog Bed and Metal Frame), we must be contacted within the first 15 days of you receiving the product. Provide us with your shipping address and we send you two prepaid labels. You are responsible for the boxes for both items, the frame and the dog bed, (hopefully you still have the boxes they came in), and a roll packing/vacuum sealing bag to shrink the dog bed and roll it into the box (you can search twin size vacuum bags to see your options, or search for other sizes that fit your dog bed). If you need assistance on what size box will fit your dog bed, message us and we can let you know. A 20"x20"x25" box will fit all dog bed sizes. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure there are no damages and provide a full refund on the product.
Accessories and Wooden Dog Bed Extension do not have a return policy, due to either specific customization features or the size of the packages/complexity of the product.
