Our Shipping Policy and Terms
All items will be shipped FedEx ground and the products are made to order. Items will ship within 2 weeks, if there is additional lead time, you will be personally contacted to be let aware. Packages may be received at different times.
The dog bed comes rolled packed in a box. Allow the dog bed to sit 24-48 hours upon delivery. The extender frame comes in a box folded in half.
If accessories are bought with a dog bed, they may be received at a different time.
