Return Policy

For the Dog Bed Mattress Extender (Dog Bed and Metal Frame) Kit, we must be contacted within the first 15 days of you receiving the product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Buyer is responsible for the boxes for both items, the frame and the dog bed, (hopefully you still have the boxes they came in), and a roll packing/vacuum sealing bag to shrink the dog bed and roll it into the box (you can search twin size vacuum bags to see your options, or search for other sizes that fit your dog bed). Shipping the dog bed this way is ideal to reduce shipping cost. If you need assistance on what size box will fit your dog bed, message us and we can let you know. A 20"x20"x25" box will fit all dog bed sizes. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure there are no damages and provide a full refund on the product. This is valid for the one return only 

Accessories and Wooden Dog Bed Extension do not have a return policy (no returns accepted), due to either specific customization features or the size of the packages/complexity of the product.
