Return Policy

For the Dog Bed Mattress Extender (Dog Bed and Metal Frame) Kit, we must be contacted within the first 15 days of you receiving the product. Provide us with your shipping address and we send you two prepaid labels. You are responsible for the boxes for both items, the frame and the dog bed, (hopefully you still have the boxes they came in), and a roll packing/vacuum sealing bag to shrink the dog bed and roll it into the box (you can search twin size vacuum bags to see your options, or search for other sizes that fit your dog bed). If you need assistance on what size box will fit your dog bed, message us and we can let you know. A 20"x20"x25" box will fit all dog bed sizes. Returning the dog bed in any larger box (cubic inches) than a 20”x20”x25” will result in a refusal of refund due to oversized shipping charges. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure there are no damages and provide a full refund on the product. Failure to follow return instructions will result in a refusal of refund  

International sales (outside of the continental United States) are responsible for the full price of return shipping. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure there are no damages and provide a full refund on the product.

Accessories and Wooden Dog Bed Extension do not have a return policy (no returns accepted), due to either specific customization features or the size of the packages/complexity of the product.
